Many Kundalini or energy trainings focus on amplifying and moving energy within a few days of training, through surrender-based practices.
While this can initiate the process,
it is often not enough for true embodiment.
Over the years, I’ve seen facilitators struggle with:

About Ingvild
My name is Alexa Young
Ingvild is an international trainer who has worked all over the world.
She has a profound background in Personal development and spirituality. Her understanding of the work is a combination of innate Knowing, direct PERSONAL experience, continuing study, connecting many fields of knowledge, embodied skills, integrating science and guiding thousands of people from all over the world though the process of Inner Growth.
Her own Kundalini has been awake for long, but it was through this work, in combination with chakra meditation, that everything clicked into place and that her system became harmonized in a way to guide others along.
Besides holding an incredibly powerful and pure energetic consciousness field with many beautiful high vibrational frequenties, Ingvild is also very experienced and skilled in holding a safe and loving space for the human side of the experience. Integration in to our human life plays a key roll in Ingvilds way of guiding the work.
For the energetic work Ingvild trained with several of the leading teachers world wide while realizing her own innate Energetic resonance dating back to her earliest memories.
She continues to expand her understanding, skills and mostly her Integrated Presence by living her work, always putting herself in the role of being a beginner over and over again, working with great teachers and mostly by a deep dedication of doing her own inner work.
In 2024 it became clear to her that she has a profound task to do in training qualified students to become Facilitators for activating Kundalini, Expanded Consciousness and Integrating Multi-Dimensionality. As her unique insights and energetic coding have something to add that is not provided in any other training out there
