With this training we dive deep into the essence of the work of
Energetic, Conscious Resonance with Source
to activate Kundalini and Expanded states of Consciousness so you can facilitate Kundalini Activation Sessions in groups and one on one.
And/ or to bring bright energetic consciousness into any field of work and interaction for the good of all
Bringing the experience of our energetic nature together with a continuing growth of understanding and embodiment.
Connecting 'spiritual states/ experiences' with 'what it means to be human'.
Navigating the many layers of what you are [your Multi-dimensionality] with consciousness and with
knowing how to interact with the dynamics of Human life and all it's many contradictions.
The aim of this training is to:

Why 9 Months?
"In many Kundalini / Energetic trainings you learn to move energy in 3-6 days. And though that can be enough to learn to bring energy into motion,
for most people that is not enough to truly integrate the work and embody it.
Over the years I've seen many colleagues struggle with the huge inner shifts and how they relate to their life, as well as with: keeping the energy in their session pure, keeping their own energy in balance, refining the way they work and interact with the energy of people in their sessions.
It seems like a simple something anyone can learn to do.
However, to hold the space for true transformation, means that as a facilitator you GO FIRST and you need to consciously embody it inside out. This is a life long journey
When more and more requests started to come for me training people I reviewed the way this work is taught and took time to feel into what for me would be the essential time span and ingredient to guide people into this work.
This is why this training - mentorship is set up as a 9 month journey with an intimate group of students and hands-on guidance.
Though I will be teaching and guiding the training and mentorship, my work will be to guid you to your Inner guidance and a state of you taking Leadership over your Energetic Essence in a synergy with Life."

About Ingvild
My name is Alexa Young
Ingvild is an international trainer who has worked all over the world and with more than 30 nationalities.
She has a profound background in Personal development and spirituality. Her understanding of the work is a combination of innate Knowing, direct PERSONAL experience, continuing study, connecting many fields of knowledge, philosophy, embodied skills, integrating science and guiding thousands of people from all over the world though the process of Inner Growth.
Besides holding an incredibly powerful and pure energetic resonance field with many beautiful high vibrational frequenties, Ingvild is also very experienced and skilled in holding a safe and loving space for the human side of the experience. Integration in to our human life plays a key roll in Ingvilds way of guiding the work.
For the energetic work Ingvild trained with several of the leading teachers world wide while realizing her own innate Energetic resonance dating back to her earliest memories.
She continues to expand her understanding, skills and mostly her Integrated Presence by living her work, always putting herself in the role of being a beginner over and over again, working with great teachers and mostly by a deep dedication of doing her own inner work.
In 2024 it became clear to her that she has a profound task to do in training qualified students to become Facilitators for activating Kundalini, Expanded Consciousness and Integrating Multi-Dimensionality.
