Is consciousness ever yours or mine?

You know, when people say things like:

‘My consciousness is so expanded’

‘He has [fill in a number] dimensional consciousness’

‘Her conscientiousness is beyond us all’

What are we saying?

What are we claiming?

‘Expanded consciousness’ becomes almost like the new fashion item,

the new It Bag or customized car 😛

So,

Who ‘owns’ consciousness?

Quick answer:

no one does

Consciousness just IS

When we expand our consciousness,

Nothing is added to us

And yet we gain

See it like this:

When your individual consciousness (or ego consciousness, if you like)

starts to break open and expands beyond the individual point of view…

…nothing is added in terms of ownership

Nothing extra is owned by your personality, by your ego.

But the individual you, can now access and connect to more perspectives

Perspectives beyond the personal view

An other way of saying this is:

You can tune into more wavelengths of information

Like a radio can tune into different radio stations

The radio doesn’t OWN the stations it picks up, it doesn’t own the song, the talks etc. But it can pick them up and amplify them

And the one listening to them can gain from what they hear and learn

Like we can gain by listening and learning from the expanded states of consciousness.

[Note: Non of this are linear processes.

They are contentious shifts

It never stops

Als long as you keep seeking

You will keep finding

Until you’re done wanting ‘more’ & ‘next’. But that’s a subject for another post 😘
