Kundalini: A Process of Unfolding, Not a Thing to 'Get'

I’m very aware that calling my sessions Kundalini Activation puts a HUGE focus on the word KUNDALINI.

So much so that people just say, “I did Kundalini.”

But, when I shorten the name, I always say Activations.

This is why this shift might help you too:

Kundalini isn’t really about Kundalini. We’ve turned this deep Sanskrit word into something to obtain. Something to get.

In reality, Kundalini is a PROCESS of unfolding into your most powerful self. Like a seed unfolding into a tree, the seed of your Soul unfolds in your human self.

In a session, we ACTIVATE that process, through which Kundalini energy can eventually flow.

It’s an awakening to a version of you that is fully present and stands in deep, compassionate truth.

A version in which every part you still reject, is welcomed home.

One that no longer avoids, sedates, dissociates or runs away, but is Here, Now, with all that you are.

Not escaping the human experience, but choosing, openheartedly, to be in it.

For this to unfold, your whole system finds a bigger harmony: body, mind, personality, nervous system, subconscious and higher consciousness.

All these layers of WHAT and WHO you are start to RECONNECT, COMMUNICATE and RE-ORGANIZE.

That reconnecting and re-organizing is a huge part of what you experience in a session. And it can upgrade the way you experience yourself AND life, really fast.

Yes, it can also be uncomfortable and confronting.

It’s much like going to the gym:

becoming a stronger version of your body means workouts that can be triggering and unpleasant, with muscle aches that last for days.

But you feel and see the difference in how you move through life.

In my sessions, the shifts are beautiful,

especially for those who honor that this is a PROCESS.

Many feel Kundalini flowing through their system.

And what moves me most is that for them, the Kundalini part often becomes less interesting than LIVING through the process of becoming more PRESENT.

Which is exactly how it should be.
