When the body is (spontaneously) moving during a session, that means that someones kundalini flowing...
True or False?
Ohlala, this has become quite a rigid idea to the point where people have BEAUTIFUL and deep experience in a session,
but disqualify their experience with words like: “but my body didn’t move so I didn’t really activate”
I blame the many promotional video’s of this work for this idea. And, sorry but I have to say it: Many facilitators who really actually don’t know how to give their clients the needed context and insights
So this statement is: NOT CORRECT
The movement of the body can be many different things.
Let me explain:
The Activation sessions activate the PROCESS that eventually allows Kundalini to awaken.
The MAGIC is in all you (re)discover in the process
Kundalini only awakens when the individual is ready for it on all level and when the energetic centre’s and path ways are cleared.
This goes in a very personal pace for every one
It is NOT a linear process and awakening goes in many different phases.
A lot of the ‘Activating’ starts with reconnecting all layers of your being
and with finding a new balance in the body-mind system.
This goes through many different elements, which can also be accompanied with physical movements such as:
Relaxing the nervous system
Releasing tensions that is stored in the body
Releasing unprocessed emotions or trauma
Breaking through limiting (Ego-)believes
Recalibration of the senses
And many more processes
All the above elements prepare your being
for your HIGH VOLTAGE, HIGH DEFINITION presence
to be integrated in your human body
Aka for your Kundalini to flow.
So, sorry but…
most ‘Kundalini’ promo video’s don’t show kundalini moving through the body, but are mostly the body clearing and transforming stored tension
Especially the more aggressive and the shaky ones
and the ones with lots of interference of the facilitator Ofcourse (Spontaneous) movement in the body CAN also be Kundalini Flowing. And most often it is a combination of several processes at the same time. What's most helpful, is not not hyper focus on movement or on labeling it, but to just allow the holistic system to communicate and shift.
Now listen,
This share is for EDUCATIONAL purposes; to help you all understand better what you see and what you experience
May aim is to navigate our understanding out of This vs That thinking
out of Right vs Wrong thinking
Out of Us vs Them thinking
AND over all out of Unhelpful Limiting idea’s that get this beautiful work stuck in Ego ambitions
And new the lust for new Identity.
The process of Activating our INNER Awakening - of which the flow of Kundalini is a part - is beautiful
As well as a bit chaotic and at times confusing.
Because: Growth is like that!
It all becomes more empowering when we start focussing les on outcome
And more on the value of the process
int the Here and Now
